1. One-Time License Fee

Each school is required to pay a one-time license fee to access SmartGrader.

This fee grants access to:

• ✅ Unlimited use of the app on your local network

• ✅ Ability to conduct exams and record academic results

• ✅ Access to admin, exam officer, and student roles

• ✅ Local storage of your school’s data

⚠️ Note: This fee may vary based on launch offers, discount promos, or bundle deals.

2. Annual Session Renewal (Cloud Support Fee)

To begin a new academic session each year, a Session Renewal Fee is required.

This covers:

• 🔁 Creation of new sessions (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Terms)

• ☁️ Up to 6 cloud backups per session

• 🔐 Secure cloud data storage & remote syncing

• 🛠️ Feature updates and technical support

💰 Fee: 45% of your original license price, paid once per academic session

🔒 Without this payment, you will not be able to create a new session in the system.

3. Cloud Backup Policy

Every school gets:

• ☁️ 6 cloud backup slots per academic session

You are advised to use backups:

• 🗓️ At the start or end of each term

• 📊 Before generating results

• 🔁 Before making major admin changes

⚠️ Reached the limit? You'll need to either delete old backups or purchase extra slots (feature coming soon).

4. Optional Add-ons (Coming Soon)

We’re planning new premium features such as:

• ➕ Extra cloud backup slots

• 🏫 Multi-school dashboards

• 👨‍👩‍👧 Parent portal access

• 📡 Offline-to-online data sync tools
